# 1. Executive Summary

We aim to redesign traditional loyalty points and cashback programs by combining blockchain technology with mainstream online consumption. By doing so, we hope to use technical innovation to support social and economic change, improve the allocation of resources, and foster a fairer distribution of value.

Leveraging decentralization, smart contracts and related core technologies, FAIRA seeks to break down barriers in traditional business models and enable deeper integration between online and offline resources. This, in turn, unlocks new vitality and potential at every stage of the value chain. Through an innovative digital asset redemption framework and token incentive mechanism, every participant in the ecosystem can receive ongoing, positive rewards. The goal is not only to improve operational efficiency for businesses, but also to enable consumers and merchants to co-create value in a new type of commercial structure.

To support these objectives, the Ever Joy Foundation has designed a functional, platform-only token: FAIRA. Its primary purposes include:

* Being used to offset part of the price of goods or services in partner marketplaces
* Enabling participation in platform-organized campaigns, membership programs, or social impact initiatives
* Serving as an incentive and reward tool for users’ and merchants’ contributions

The design of FAIRA focuses on unifying incentive rules, increasing operational transparency, and improving the traceability between public-interest funds and consumption scenarios.

Through an open, decentralized governance model, ecosystem participants will collectively shape resource allocation and the platform’s development path, thereby building a truly fair and transparent digital economy system.
